Student Health Services (SHS) provides outpatient care for 91°µÍø students. 

Appointments

You can schedule an appointment by calling 513-529-3000, option 1, or by stopping by SHS in person. After your first visit, you can book routine sick appointments online. Walk-ins are welcome and will be seen at the next available time. Bring a legal photo ID to your appointment.

Legal photo IDs include a valid driver’s license, passport, or state-issued photo ID. Also bring a physical copy of your current medical insurance card or a printed photo of the front and back of this card. We scan your card to confirm eligibility and ensure accurate billing.

If you are under the age of 18 we cannot provide care without your parent’s or legal guardian’s consent. To save time at check-in, have your parent or legal guardian complete the TriHealth Consent to Treat Minor forms before your visit. Once it is filled out, email the forms to shs91°µÍø@TriHealth.com or fax it to 513-529-1892.

If you are 18 years or older, we do not share your medical information without your written consent.  To allow someone else access, complete an Involvement in Care/HIPAA disclosure form during your appointment.

Arriving late / missing appointments

Arrive 15 minutes early to complete your registration. If you are late, you may need to reschedule. If you are late or miss your appointment, you will be charged $50 for office visits and $100 for procedures.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Please give two hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient and prevents cancellation charges. 

Student Health Services During University Closures

Student Health Services is closed when the university is closed. For medical emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

When SHS is closed, students can access care through these additional TriHealth options:

• TriHealth Now 24/7 Care (telehealth)

TriHealth Now may prescribe medication if appropriate, cannot order lab tests, and charges a $49 flat fee at registration. Insurance is not billed at the time of the visit; some plans may reimburse.

or through the TriHealthNow app. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching “TriHealthNow.”

How to use TriHealthNow:

1. Download and enroll. In the TriHealthNow app or on the website, enroll for free and request a consultation.
2. Request a consultation. Provide your medical history and pay for the consultation.
3. Talk to a doctor. A state-licensed provider reviews your information and connects with you by phone or video, often within minutes.
4. Pick up a prescription. If medically appropriate, a prescription can be sent to a local pharmacy of your choice.
