You can view recorded training sessions and access job aids directly from within Workday (91做厙OH.edu/workday). To access these, enter “LRN: Workday” in the search box at the top of your Workday page, then select the course title you would like to view.
Workday Training in Canvas
The "Workday Training Materials" site in Canvas provides recordings of each of the Workday training classes that you can view. Along with the training recordings, you will find links to job aid packets, and for some of the classes, a copy of the presentation slides. The Canvas site also contains generic Workday job aids for a variety of topics.
Workday Student Training
Training for Workday Student will be offered continuously as new functionality is finalized and introduced, beginning in late Fall 2026 for most users. Impacted groups will be invited to participate in the training opportunities as they are needed and become available. Materials and sessions will be delivered in multiple formats to provide every campus community member the opportunity to build knowledge and skills in Workday.
