Our History

  • Opened in 1981, funded entirely by private donations
  • Lead gift from Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Marcum, in memory of their son Timothy (Class of 1973)
  • Built on the site of the historic Fisher Hall
  • Replica of the Wren Building at the College of William & Mary
  • Renovated and reopened in June 2012
  • Features donor plaques throughout the building
  • Contributors include The Kroger Company, ARMCO, The J.M. Smucker Company, and Ohio Casualty Insurance
  • Many hotel rooms named in honor of individual donors
