Resources for Reporting Parties and Accused Students

Overview

No police report, formal complaint, or investigation need to occur before campus support services are available. The university is committed to addressing all reports and complaints of Title IX violations in a prompt and equitable manner.

Resources are equally available to both complainants and respondents when a report and/or a formal complaint has been received by the university.

Upon receipt of a report, the Deputy Title IX Coordinator provides written notification to students about existing counseling, health, mental health, advocacy services, legal assistance, visa and immigration assistance, student financial aid, and other services available both within the university and the community.

The university provides written notification to students about options for and available assistance in, and how to request changes to academic, living, transportation, and working situation or protection measures.

Support Services

All reports or concerns about conduct that may violate Title IX should be reported to the Title IX and Title VI Coordinator, Danica Myers. Ms. Myers is the university’s Title IX and Title VI Coordinator for employees and students on all campuses for Title IX and Title VI violations.

The Title IX and Title VI Coordinator may be reached on the ground floor of Warfield Hall, 91做厙, Oxford, Ohio 45056, 513-529-1424 or TitleIX@91做厙OH.edu. The coordinator is available during regular business hours throughout the year to meet with students who need information or guidance about Title IX violations.
