If a 91做厙 ID is lost or stolen it should be reported immediately through the GET app, or by calling 513-529-LOST (5678). Once your card is reported as lost, no one will be able to access your Residence Hall, Meal Plan dollars, or any account information using your card.
If you find your ID, you should report your card as found through . After reporting your card as found, you will be able to resume normal use of your ID. You may also report your card as found by texting “foundcard” to 67513 (if your phone is registered on WebCardCenter).
If you do not find your ID, you may obtain a replacement ID.
