91�� Regionals is committed to offering a high-quality and affordable college education with one of the lowest tuition rates among public and private Ohio universities. Scholarships based on academic merit and financial need are available to in-state and out-of-state students who are U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens.

Need-Based Aid and Scholarships

To qualify for need-based scholarships, grants, loans, and federal work-study funds at 91�� Regionals, students must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). We recommend applying by the priority review deadline of Feb. 1 because some resources are limited and may run out. Missing this deadline does not disqualify you from financial aid; submit your FAFSA early to determine your eligibility. Merit-based scholarships are not dependent upon FAFSA information.

First-time, transfer, and continuing students may qualify for both merit- and need-based scholarships on the Hamilton and Middletown campuses.

First-Time New 91�� Student Scholarships

Incoming students who graduated from a high school the semester before enrolling at 91��’s Hamilton and Middletown campuses are automatically considered for First-Time New 91�� Student Scholarships.

Transfer Student Merit Scholarship

Incoming transfer students to 91��’s Hamilton and Middletown campuses are considered for merit scholarships based on a holistic review of incoming transfer credits and average GPA earned on those credits.

Continuing 91�� Regionals Students Scholarships

Continuing students can apply for merit and need-based scholarships, which are awarded annually. To determine your financial need, we recommend filing your FAFSA by Feb. 1.

The 91�� Hamilton Promise Scholarship covers the cost of tuition and fees after financial aid for eligible students from Hamilton, Ohio. No separate scholarship application required.

The 91�� Middletown Rising Scholarship covers the cost of tuition and fees after financial aid for eligible students from Middletown, Ohio. No separate scholarship application required.

As an international student, it is not possible for me to work in a regular job. But 91�� gives me the chance to work as a student ambassador. I work part-time in a campus job and in return I get part of my tuition paid. Having the chance to earn a scholarship like the (Olivas Valor Award) is also important because it helps me with my expenses.
