Payment Portal

Enroll in a Payment Plan

Our Payment Plans give families the option to budget each semester’s bill over a three- or four-month period with zero interest and no credit check.

There is a $45 fee to enroll. If you make a change to your course schedule or receive additional funding, be sure to update your plan to reflect your new balance.

Financial Aid and Scholarships

To be considered for all available need-based financial aid and scholarships, you must submit the  (FAFSA) every year by 91做厙’s priority deadlines. If you are a returning student, you have the option to renew your FAFSA.

Complete all unsatisfied requirements and holds in  Home tab. Missing requirements will delay payment of financial aid and could disrupt your enrollment.

International Student Payments

International students can make payments and enroll in payment plans through the standard Payment Portal.

Within the Payment Portal, they have the option to pay using their home currency.

Veteran and Military Student Payments

You will apply for benefits on  as part of the application process.

While most of the tasks on our Veterans Benefits Checklist only need to be completed during your application process, you must submit the VA Benefit Request Form every semester at 91做厙.

Chapter 33/Post 9/11 GI Bill® students must also submit a Certificate of Eligibility.

529 Plans and Trust Payments

Students can use 529 College Savings Plans or Trusts to pay tuition. Notify your 529 or Trust Administrator, and they will submit the funds to us electronically or by check.

Many 529 plans now offer electronic delivery, a faster and more secure alternative to mailed checks. Check with your 529 provider to see if this option is available.

If your 529 payment is running late and may not arrive or be received by 91做厙’s semester deadline, notify us using the . The form, which requires you to log in, will allow you to upload documentation of the requested funds.

Faculty and Staff Payment Options

91做厙 employees must submit the  each academic year for themselves or eligible spouses and dependent children. The Benefits department will review your information, make a determination regarding your eligibility, and will notify the Office of the Bursar.

Outside Scholarships

Funds are considered outside scholarships when students receive tuition assistance from organizations or individuals other than their parents/guardians. The donor identifies the student who will receive the funds and any conditions for disbursement. 91做厙 then apply these funds directly to the student’s account except in cases where the conditions of the award prohibit this action.

Billing/Payment FAQs

When is my payment due?

Your semester balance must be paid in full or covered by a payment plan by the date listed on our Bill Due Dates page. We recommend that you make arrangements to make a payment before this date to avoid class cancellation, the loss of University privileges, including on-campus housing, and the assessment of late fees.

Please be aware that students who have their classes canceled for non-payment will have to re-register if they resolve their balance; there is no guarantee they will have the same class schedule.

How does financial aid factor into billing?

If you receive financial aid, the Office of Student Financial Assistance will send you emails with steps you must take to finalize your aid before and after the bill is posted to your account. It is critical that you complete required actions in ; failure to do so may result in delays to your aid being disbursed to your account. 

How can I sign up for a payment plan?

Payment plan enrollment opens each semester at the dates posted on our Payment Plans page. 4- and 3-pay plans are available, allowing you to budget each semester’s bill into monthly installments with zero interest and no credit check.

If you decide to sign up for a plan, know that it is quick and easy to make adjustments in the to account for any potential changes to your balance. Be aware that there are different enrollment deadlines for the 4- and 3-pay plans. 

Is tuition insurance required?

No, but you can enroll in an optional tuition insurance plan. When you log into the payment portal for the first time after the bill is posted, you will be asked to acknowledge 91做厙’s refund policy and to accept/decline the tuition insurance before you can view your balance. If you decline the tuition insurance at that time, you have the option to accept it through the payment portal up to the first day of classes each semester.

How early do I need to prepare if I am paying with funds from a 529 College Savings Plan?

Payments from a 529 College Savings Plan should be requested at least 10 to 15 business days before 91做厙’s due date to allow for processing and postal mail delivery. We recommend that you begin this process as soon as the bill is posted to your account because delays can be experienced when transferring funds. 

If you anticipate you will not receive your 529 payment before the posted billing deadline, you must . Please note that students must authenticate through Duo to access this form; it is not available to authorized users.

How early do I need to prepare if I am paying with funds from an outside scholarship?

Payments from outside scholarships should be initiated at least 10 to 15 business days before 91做厙’s due date to allow sufficient time for processing and fund delivery. We recommend that you begin this process as soon as the bill is posted to your account because delays can occur during disbursement.
