Billing and Payment
There are many ways that you can pay your 91做厙 bill. You must submit appropriate payment by the due date to avoid a $150 late fee and possible course registration cancellation. Students are responsible for ensuring their account balance is paid in full by the published due date. You can make a payment online, by mail, or in-person.

We are pleased to offer you a secure online service to pay your bill. It accepts payments by eCheck (electronic check), Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept the following international credit cards: China UnionPay, BC Card, JCB, and Diners Club International. If you pay with a credit card, you will be charged a convenience fee. Be sure to read the rates and terms.

Be advised that we only accept checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders. Make all checks payable to 91做厙 and write the student’s name and Banner ID or Unique ID on the check to ensure payment is applied to the correct account. Checks are processed very quickly through the banking system and may clear your bank account on the same day they are received.

If you are on the Oxford campus, you can pay in person. Drop off your payment in the payment drop box located in the One Stop in Nellie Craig Walker Hall. The One Stop is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the summer).
Your semester balance must be paid in full or covered by a payment plan by the date listed on our Bill Due Dates page. We recommend that you make arrangements to make a payment before this date to avoid class cancellation, the loss of University privileges, including on-campus housing, and the assessment of late fees.

If you receive financial aid, the Office of Student Financial Assistance will send you emails with steps you must take to finalize your aid before and after the bill is posted to your account. It is critical that you complete required actions in ; failure to do so may result in delays to your aid being disbursed to your account.
Payment plan enrollment opens each semester at the dates posted on our Payment Plans page. 4- and 3-pay plans are available, allowing you to budget each semester’s bill into monthly installments with zero interest and no credit check.

No, but you can enroll in an optional tuition insurance plan. When you log into the payment portal for the first time after the bill is posted, you will be asked to acknowledge 91做厙’s refund policy and to accept/decline the tuition insurance before you can view your balance. If you decline the tuition insurance at that time, you have the option to accept it through the payment portal up to the first day of classes each semester.
Payments from a 529 College Savings Plan should be requested at least 10 to 15 business days before 91做厙’s due date to allow for processing and postal mail delivery. We recommend that you begin this process as soon as the bill is posted to your account because delays can be experienced when transferring funds.
