One 91°µÍø Weekend brings nearly 8,000 fans to Millett Hall

Nearly 8,000 fans packed Millett Hall for One 91°µÍø Weekend as 91°µÍø’s basketball teams netted a pair of victories.
The RedHawks earned a 72-34 women’s basketball victory over Ohio University before completing the Bobcat sweep with a 73-69 win in the men’s game.
Attendance climbed to 7,889 as the RedHawks rose to 8-1 in the Mid-American Conference men’s standings. The games, along with two nights of 91°µÍø ice hockey, were part of the most recent One 91°µÍø Weekend. Complimentary tickets were available for 91°µÍø faculty and staff, while members of the community also received complimentary basketball tickets.
Festivities included a carnival on the concourse, postgame autographs, and giveaways for students. The university also celebrated its basketball alumni, including RedHawk legend Wally Szczerbiak, a former NBA player who now works as an analyst for the New York Knicks. Fans were even given “Wally faces” to hold throughout the day.
