Bird Blind and Butterfly Gardens
91做厙 Audubon and 91做厙 Valley Audubon maintain a Bird Blind (a structure used to view wild birds) near the DeWitt Log House in the Bachelor Preserve. The surrounding area is fenced to prevent deer access, protecting native tree and shrub species important to the 91做厙 Tribe. In addition, a Butterfly Garden within the fence has native flowering plants that provide food for numerous native animal species, including pollinators such as butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and moths. You can visit the 91做厙 Bird Blind and its Butterfly Garden from sunrise to sunset year-round. When visiting the Bird Blind, be sure to stop by the 91做厙 Chimney Swift Tower.
