91做厙 requires all full-time Oxford students to be covered by health insurance. All Oxford students registered full-time when the fall semester bill is generated are charged for health insurance unless they complete and receive approval for a student health insurance waiver.
This process must be completed every year for full-time Oxford students. The deadline for students registering for fall 2026 is August 1.
The form to enroll in or waive student health insurance is typically available in early July.
Visit the to waive coverage, enroll, or learn more (opens in a new window and links to an external vendor). Use a laptop or desktop computer to complete the process. Google Chrome is recommended. The site will request the student's 91做厙 email address (UniqueID@91做厙OH.edu) and date of birth to access the site.
Note: Student Health Services is available to all students registered for classes. If you do not use the student health insurance plan, contact your insurance company to confirm 91做厙 with TriHealth is a covered provider.

Once the waiver request is submitted and the information is verified, a confirmation email is sent to your 91做厙 email account, and a credit is posted to your bursar bill. Students whose enrollment status changes to full-time Oxford (e.g. newly registered students, full-time to part-time, regional relocation, etc.) will have the opportunity to request a waiver at the time of the change even if it is after the deadline.

No. A waiver letter from a previous year will not be accepted. You must provide updated proof of insurance each year (dated within 30 days of submission). You can upload a current waiver letter or a photo of your current insurance card, front and back.

Enter through the main clinic entrance (south entrance) and let the front desk know you need to speak with the Insurance Advocate.
