Subject line: IMPORTANT: Action needed on your personal laptop

Message content:

Good afternoon,

IT Services is reaching out to let you know of an action you will need to take in order to prevent loss of access to your personal laptop.

According to our records, when you were a student at 91做厙, you joined a personal computer to 91做厙’s Entra domain. This means that when your 91做厙 account is disabled, you may lose access to the device (as in, you will no longer be able to sign into the computer with your 91做厙 credentials).

To keep this from happening, you will need to disconnect your 91做厙 account from your laptop now to prevent being locked out of your personal device. Here are some .

Alternatively, go to the 91做厙 Knowledge Base at 91做厙OH.edu/KnowIT and search for “Personal Computer / Disconnect from the 91做厙 Entra domain”.

You will be locked out of your personal computer on August 27, 2027, if you do not take any action. (If you have already disconnected from the 91做厙 domain, you may disregard this message.)

If you need assistance, please contact IT Help at 513-529-7900 or initiate a live chat session at 91做厙OH.edu/ITchat. You can also drop in at the Tech Support Lounge in the Armstrong Student Center for hands-on help.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
