91°µÍø is working with Captrust Financial Services to offer free confidential financial wellness and advice to 91°µÍø employees. Beginning in August 2023, Captrust will work directly with university employees through its Financial Wellness and Advice Service. 

This service is offered virtually; employees may call the Captrust “Advice Desk” and ask any financial question and receive assistance with financial issues facing employees. Captrust is an independent, registered investment advisory firm that offers confidential financial wellness education and advice at no cost to the employee and will not sell any products.

The Captrust advice team members are available to consult with you as a part of your benefit package. 91°µÍø strives to ensure our employees feel confident about their financial wellness and this service is a resource to help you meet your goals.

• Tax savings through flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts (when enrolled in a high deductible health plan) and supplemental retirement plans.
• Long term disability insurance (LTD) which provides a salary replacement benefit should benefit-eligible employees be off work due to accident or illness for more than 180 days.
• Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) which offer employees covered under 91°µÍø's group life insurance plan free online and telephonic financial assistance.
• Personal financial education sessions with topics such as retirement and tax savings.
• Uses feedback from employees to add programs to create and implement programs to assist employees in managing finances and reducing stress.
