Honors Housing

91做厙’s Honors College is a residential college that requires first-year Honors students to live in the Honors residence halls. Our buildings are the modern Hillcrest, Hodge, and Young Halls. Students living in the Honors residence halls become involved in the Honors community by leading and integrating their social, co-curricular, and academic life through unique programs and community development as citizen scholars. Academic Overview

The Honors College curriculum requires students to complete six (6) Honors experiences and the culminating Honors Senior Project over the course of their undergraduate studies. This averages to one (1) experience per semester over three years and the Honors Senior Project in the final year. Honors students work with their Honors advisor to create an individualized plan to complete the Honors College requirements.

Honors Senior Project Requirement

This achievement requires the proposal, development, and completion of a substantial project. This project can be a scholarly, research-based project or it can be connected to intensive and sustained creative, pre-professional, or co-curricular activity. Students are encouraged to use their Honors experiences to prepare for this project. Each project is student led and faculty mentored.
