Unlocking the Joy of Reading
Advancing Reading Success Through Partnership
91°µÍø’s College of Education, Health, and Society (EHS) has partnered with the Institute for Multisensory Education (IMSE) to strengthen reading success in our community. Through this collaboration, 91°µÍø undergraduate and graduate students receive intensive training in the Orton-Gillingham (OG) Structured Literacy Intervention, the gold standard for supporting learners with dyslexia and other reading-related learning challenges.
Students who complete the 30-hour training earn a recognized certificate and a full K–3 curriculum kit, equipping them to teach reading with confidence and fidelity. Beyond the coursework, 91°µÍø students apply these skills directly in the community—helping learners of all ages unlock the joy of reading.
