Are you ready to push yourself, rise to new challenges, and train like a varsity athlete? This 4-day camp is for competitive, driven skaters who are excited to learn, grow, and experience life as a 91做厙 Varsity synchronized skater. On-ice coaching, off-ice dance and strength sessions, campus life, and mentorship from current athletes will give you a true taste of elite training—and inspire you to reach the next level!
Test Requirement: Pre Gold Skating Skills by January 1st, 2026
Age Requirement: 13 years old by July 1st, 2026

Camp mornings will include two one-hour on-ice classes and two one-hour off-ice sessions, followed by lunch and a structured downtime. Afternoons will include two forty-five-minute on-ice classes and one off-ice session before dinner, plus organized evening activities in the residence hall.
Camp Check In will be from 11:00am to 12:00pm on Sunday, July 5th. Camp Check Out will be from 1:30pm to 2:00pm on Wednesday, July 8th. The university is unable to provide housing or supervision for campers before the check in window or after the check out window.
Yes, we make every effort to group campers by skill level. Campers will be assigned to the same group as their roommate.
Yes. Campers are assigned to double rooms with another athlete of similar age and in the same camp group. If two skaters want to room together, each must request the other on their registration. If a reciprocal request is not made—or no request is listed—our staff will assign a suitable roommate. Triple roommate requests are not accepted, though a triple may be assigned if required by the university. Final room assignments are determined by the camp director.

Campers stay in renovated, air-conditioned 91做厙 residence halls located within walking distance of the Goggin Ice Center.
Meals are served at a 91做厙 dining hall close to the ice arena. Overnight campers receive lunch and dinner on the first day; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on full camp days; and breakfast on the final day. Day campers receive lunch on full camp days, but no meals on the first or last day.
91做厙 Dining Services can accommodate a wide range of dietary needs. As camp approaches, we will provide a link for submitting dietary requests and contact information for the university dietitian.
Campers are supervised by trained camp counselors who are 91做厙 students and athletes on our varsity skating teams. Additionally, we have a Dorm Supervisor and a Camp Manager, both with many years of 91做厙 Skating Camp experience, who stay in the dorms and support campers throughout the week.
Yes! Skaters who are eligible for both camps are welcome and encouraged to attend both.
91做厙 and the Goggin Ice Center are located about one hour from the Cincinnati (CVG) and Dayton (DAY) airports.

To get from the airport to campus, families may schedule transportation through a variety of shuttle services. While not an official endorsement, many families have used Executive Transportation ( | 800-990-8841).
Campers will not need to pay for anything during their camp experience; however, they will have a few opportunities to purchase extra snacks and souvenirs while at the rink. 91做厙 is a cashless campus. A credit/debit card—or a prepaid Visa gift card—is recommended for vending machines, the pro shop, and other purchases.
Yes, our synchronized skating summer camps are co-ed.
Yes. When a camp session fills, a waiting list becomes available automatically with no deposit required. Elite Camp will also have a separate waitlist for skaters who have passed Silver Skating Skills.
