Work+ Program
Auditioning Talent. Building Retention. Offering Debt-Free Education.

Work+ Program
Ohio employers seeking dependable, long-term talent find a proven pipeline in 91°µÍø’s Work+ program. Employers gain the ability to "audition" participants while they are part-time employees and still in school — improving retention and reducing recruiting costs when participants transition to full-time roles. Employers invest up to $8,000 annually, with $5,250 in potential tax savings per participant. Work+ provides a debt-free education — or significant tuition support — combined with practical work experience that equips participants to add value on day one of employment. Launched at 91°µÍø and established statewide by House Bill 614, signed by Governor and 91°µÍø alumnus Mike DeWine in 2020, Work+ is expanding with nearly 20 industry partners and a growing wait-list of participants.
